Restaurant Hostaria Uva Rara offers traditional cuisine, dedicating special attention to the search for selected raw materials especially local produce, without neglecting products from other Italian regions.

Our specialities are rich in flavour, and our Chef and HostEnnio Zanoletti – uses his great mastership and sensitivity in combining ingredients to create light recipes that still remain typical.

Outside menus, are available vegan dishes prepared daily by the chef.
